Squash

Winter squash is a staple for local foods markets in the winter. Good production and storage capacity is a must. We have tested butternuts and specialty Cucurbita moschatas (the same species as butternut, but not the same shape). These varieties mature reliably, have good flavor, hold up to the weather and store well.
